Provision is made at lunchtime for children to stay for a school meal or bring a packed lunch. School meals are served in a continuous sitting in the hall. School meals are provided by Blackpool Council and are freshly prepared and cooked on site in the school kitchen by cook Maria. The children spend their lunchtime under the direct supervision of Welfare Assistants and Teaching Assistants.
Universal free school meals are available for all children from Reception to Year 2. School meals for Year 3-6 cost £2.35 per day - £11.75 per week. Westcliff Primary Academy is a cash-less school and so parents are required to pay for their child’s school meals using ParentPay.
